Ingredients

6 boiled eggs 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon mustard Salt and black pepper Paprika or chilli powder for garnish

Step 1

Slice the boiled eggs lengthwise and gently remove the yolks into a bowl.

Step 2

Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Spoon or pipe the filling back into the hollow egg whites evenly.

Step 4

Sprinkle paprika or chilli powder on top and chill briefly before serving.
