Don’t know what to cook tonight? Why don’t you try Vipul Tiwari’s special recipe and make a healthy serving of spinach rice with paneer steak and lemon paprika sauce? Follow these steps for a hearty meal.
1/2 cup spinach puree 1 cup cooked rice 1 tsp garlic chopped 1 tsp chilli flakes 2 tbsp corn (boiled) 1 tsp butter Salt to taste 1/2 paneer 1 tsp mixed Italian seasoning 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp fresh coriander 1 tsp flour 1 tsp butter 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp lemon juice
For spinach rice, melt butter in a pan. Add in garlic and chilli flakes and saute.
Add in the corn and stir-fry. Then, add in the spinach puree and let it cook. Add rice and season with salt.
For the paneer steak, marinate the paneer with all the given ingredients for 20 minutes.
Grill it on both sides on a non-stick pan.
For lemon paprika sauce, make a white sauce by heating butter in a pan along with flour.
Pour the milk and let it thicken. Add paprika powder, salt, lemon zest and juice. Serve hot.
