Egg masala is a spicy and flavourful egg dish that turns simple boiled eggs into a flavourful masterpiece. Perfect with rice or roti, it’s a hearty meal which cannot be missed.
4 peeled boiled eggs 2 tbsp oil 1 finely chopped onion 2 tomatoes (pureed) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste Spices: 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp cumin seeds Salt to taste Fresh coriander for garnish
Heat oil, splutter cumin seeds, sauté onions until golden, and then add ginger garlic paste and let it cook.
Add tomato puree, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cook it until oil starts to separate.
Add boiled eggs, coat in masala and simmer with some water for 5 minutes.
Now add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve it with rice or roti!
