1 cup semolina (rava) flour 1/2 cup curd (yoghurt) 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for frying Toppings: chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves
Combine semolina flour, curd, water, cumin seeds, green chilli, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it evenly to form a thin circle.
Top with chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
