For the dosa batter, soak rice and lentils overnight. Grind them into a smooth batter and let it ferment for 8-10 hours.
Heat a dosa tawa or non-stick pan with ghee or oil. Pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Cook the dosa on medium heat until it turns golden brown and crispy. Flip it over and cook the other side as well.
For the meat filling, heat oil in a pan and saute onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
Add the meat pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
Add a spoonful of the meat filling on one half of the dosa. Fold the other half over the filling. Serve kari dosa.
