2 cups rava 1 cup curd Salt to taste Water as needed 2 tsp fruit salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 cup boiled corn kernels 2 tbsp ghee/ oil
Mix rava with curd, salt, and water.
Make sure the consistency of the batter is thick.
After 10 minutes, sprinkle red chilli powder and add corn.
Add fruit salt to the batter and pour it into greased appam moulds.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the base turn brown.
Flip the round and fluffy appam to cook the other side. Enjoy with chutney or sauce.
