A soft and moist banana bread recipe uses ripe bananas, flour, and butter for a comforting treat. This easy banana bread recipe is perfect for breakfast, tea-time snacking, or enjoying as a homemade dessert.
3 mashed ripe bananas ½ cup sugar ⅓ cup melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 beaten egg 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ cup chopped walnuts/choco chips
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
Take a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gently mix dry ingredients into the mixture, then add nuts/choco chips.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and bake 50-55 minutes.
Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy warm.
