Dosa is the crown jewel of Udupi cuisine, and while you find a slew of delish food in Karnataka, very few can match the popularity of dosas from here. The dosas can be presented in different shapes as well. Some in a typical folded form, while others can be in a cone-shaped form. This recipe will help you turn the casual dosa into a con dosa when you cook at home.
2 cups of dosa batter ½ teaspoon of sugar Water as required Ghee or oil as needed
Put the batter and sugar in a bowl. Add water. Mix it.
Make sure the batter is not too thick. If it is, add more water.
Mix it thoroughly.
Heat a pan with ghee or oil. Spread batter evenly and thinly on top.
Drizzle it with ghee or oil from the top. After cutting it at a radius, begin rolling it upwards. Serve cone dosas.
