Are you craving a satisfying crunch but want to avoid unhealthy fats? Instead of munching store-bought chips, you can make healthy ragi chips at home and enjoy as an evening snack.
¾ cup ragi flour ¼ cup whole wheat flour 1.5 tablespoons ghee 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons Italian herbs 1 teaspoon chilli flakes Water, as required
Mix ragi flour, wheat flour, ghee, salt, Italian herbs, and chilli flakes to make a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into two halves. Lightly flour the surface and roll into thin sheets.
Cut the sheets into your preferred chip shapes. Bake or fry the chips as you choose.
Let the chips cook down, and then sprinkle with chilli flakes, chaat masala, etc.
Serve and store the rest in an air-tight container.
