Chabeel, also known as kachi lassi, is a quintessential Punjabi summer beverage. The rose-flavoured pink drink being served on roadsides for travellers during the summers is a common sight in Punjab. Here’s how you can make chabeel in 3 easy steps.

Ingredients

Chilled water - 4 cups Milk - 2 cups Rose syrup - 1/2 cup Ice cubes - 1 cup

Step 1

Take a jar and make sure the water and milk are chilled to make the chabeel.

Step 2

Mix water, milk, rose syrup, and sugar till they are thoroughly mixed.

Step 3

Stir in the ice cubes and refrigerate till the time of serving.
