Lassi is a classic Punjabi drink that keeps your body cool and nourishes it as well. To add a royal touch to your usual glass of lassi, you can try making elaichi lassi with this easy recipe.

Ingredients

2 cups dahi ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon green cardamom pods Ice cubes Cardamom powder for garnishing

Step 1

Add dahi, sugar, and crushed cardamom pods in a blender and blend till creamy.

Step 2

Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth lassi.

Step 3

Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.

Step 4

Garnish each glass with ground cardamom and serve.
