No matter how tired you are, paneer bhurji is the quick, protein-rich fix that you can whip up in less than fifteen minutes. Made with basic ingredients, here’s how you can make it to get the best flavours.
200 grams paneer, crumbled 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 3-4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Sauté onions till golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala.
Mix in crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with a roti.
