Sattu Chilla is a nutritious and wholesome Indian breakfast made with gram flour and spices. It is gluten-free, quick to prepare and can be enjoyed with chutney to kickstart your day. Tap to note the recipe.
1 cup sattu 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped green chilli 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ¼ tsp ajwain Salt to taste Water (as needed) Oil for cooking
Mix sattu, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, ajwain, and salt in a bowl.
Gradually add water to form a smooth batter.
Grease a heated pan with oil and pour the batter into it.
Spread it gently and cook until both sides turn golden.
Serve it with chutney or yoghurt!
