Sattu paratha is a powerhouse of protein and minerals. It contains fibre, iron, magnesium, manganese, and calcium. Made with chickpea gram flour, this delight is your ideal breakfast pick. Follow this short guide to make it.
1 cup sattu Salt to taste 1 cup atta 1 tbsp olive oil/ ghee Water as needed 2 tbsp mustard oil 2 tbsp chopped coriander ¼ tsp hing 1 tbsp mango pickle
Sprinkle salt over wheat flour and knead it into a soft dough using water.
Take sattu in a bowl and add hing, salt, coriander, and mango pickle spice mix.
Combine the ingredients and pour in mustard oil. The mixture should be coarse and semi-binding.
Take a small dough and stuff it with sattu mixture. Roll it into a paratha.
Roast both sides of the paratha until they are slightly crispy. You can use butter, olive oil, or ghee.
Serve the paratha with curd, raita, and chutney.
