Rava ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet which can be made using Bombay rava, sugar, ghee, and nuts. The medium texture of Bombay rava roasts beautifully, giving these ladoos their signature nutty aroma and melt-in-mouth flavour.
1 cup Bombay rava ¾ cup sugar 3 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp chopped cashews 2 tbsp raisins ½ tsp cardamom powder 2-3 tbsp warm milk
Gently roast Bombay rava in ghee until golden and fragrant.
Powder ¾ cup of sugar and mix it with roasted rava.
Heat the ghee, fry the cashews and raisins until golden, then mix them into the roasted Bombay rava.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix.
Add warm milk little by little, shape into ladoos, and let set.
