Moringa soup is a simple but strong dish that brings health and comfort in one bowl. Packed with iron, calcium, and antioxidants, this rich green soup boosts immunity, increases energy, and makes a soothing meal you can enjoy.
1 tbsp olive oil 1 chopped small onion 2 minced garlic cloves 1 cup moringa leaves (drumstick leaves) 1 small tomato, chopped 2 cups vegetable stock or water ½ tsp cumin powder Salt and pepper to taste ½ tsp lemon juice
In a deep vessel, heat olive oil and add onion and garlic to it. Sauté until it turns golden and aromatic.
Add some chopped tomato and cook till it softens and releases its juices.
Toss in the moringa leaves and sauté lightly to lessen their bitterness.
Add the vegetable stock or water, stir in some cumin powder, and let it boil for a few minutes.
Cook for about 8–10 minutes until the leaves turn soft and the flavours mix.
Blend until it turns smooth, season with some salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice, and serve hot.
