Millet pasta is a delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional maida-based pasta. You can pick your favourite millet flour, make gluten-free pasta, and cook it in the sauce with cheese and veggies.
1 cup millet flour 1/4 cup warm water 1 egg 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Pasta sauce as required Chopped veggies
Whisk millet flour, salt, and pepper. Add a mixture of warm water, egg, and olive oil.
Knead till you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into thin sheets and cut into desired shapes like penne, spaghetti, lasagna, etc.
Boil some water with salt. Add the pasta and cook till soft.
Toss the cooked pasta in a rich sauce and chopped veggies.
Garnish with oregano and herbs. Serve hot with a side of garlic bread.
