Dosa, traditionally made with urad dal and rice, contains gluten. To make your South Indian favourite recipe gluten-free, you can use jowar ka atta instead. Follow this recipe to make jowar dosa.
1.5 cups jowar flour 4 cups water 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 tablespoons coriander - Curry leaves as per preference Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Make a fresh batter with jowar flour and water.
Add finely chopped onion, coriander, green chillies, curry leaves, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients together and ensure there are no lumps.
After letting the batter rest for a while, adjust the consistency if required.
Heat up a pan, pour some oil and cook a spoonful of dosa batter till it’s crisp.
Serve the jowar dosa with sambar and chutney.
