Millets have made their way to everyone’s plates for the right reasons. To make your breakfast healthier, don’t miss out on this gluten-free jowar chilla recipe. Pair with dahi and chutney and serve.
1 cup jowar flour 1/2 cup curd 1/4 cup water 1/2 onion 1 green chilli A pinch of hing A pinch of red chilli powder A pinch of turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Mix jowar flour, curd, and water to make a smooth batter.
Stir in chopped onions, green chilli, hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Pour a ladleful of batter on a tawa and cook on both sides.
Once golden brown, serve with a bowl of curd and a pickle or chutney.
