Panna cotta is a mouthwatering Italian dessert known for its smooth texture. Adding mangoes to the dessert makes the panna cotta much more desirable and perfect for the summer season.
For Panna Cotta: 6 grams gelatin powder 30 ml water or milk 1 cup milk 1 cup heavy cream 50 grams of sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste For the Mango Dressing: 4 large mangoes 5 grams gelatin powder 25 ml water or milk
Whisk gelatin powder and water or milk, as you prefer. Set aside for about 15 minutes till the gelatin softens.
Mix milk, heavy cream, and sugar, then heat until the sugar dissolves.
Turn off the heat and add the vanilla bean paste. Add the softened gelatin and stir. Strain to get a smooth texture.
Pour the panna cotta into glasses and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
Blend mangoes until smooth. Heat the puree with the gelatin until fully combined, then let it set.
Add the mango puree to the panna cotta glasses and refrigerate for about 3 more hours till set.
