This is your sign to stop spending on the overpriced iced mocha frappuccino at your nearest cafe. To make it just like the cafe, here’s a step-by-step recipe to make your summer brew.
1 shot espresso 1 cup whole milk 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar ¼ cup chocolate syrup 2-3 cups crushed ice Whipped cream (for garnish) Chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool.
Add milk, sugar, and chocolate syrup. Blend till the coffee is smooth.
Mix in crushed ice while blending. Add a few large chunks for a "frappe-like" texture.
Pour it into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and enjoy.
