Amla is a tiny green fruit that has a slightly bitter and sour taste, which is also packed with benefits for the immune system and digestion. It is commonly consumed as candy, murabba, launji, chutney, laddoo, soup, and pickles. But the simplest way to add Indian gooseberry to your diet is as juice!
2 Indian gooseberries, chopped 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger 2 teaspoons of ekon juice 1 tablespoon of honey 1 glass of water
Take the gooseberries and put them in the blender. Grind it once.
Add in the ginger and lemon juice. Give it another grind.
Add in the honey and give it a good mix. Pour in the water. Mix it well.
Strain it into a glass and serve.
