Cookies paired with evening tea or coffee, or enjoyed as is after a quick post-meal treat, work like magic. But are you worried about the gluten? Try this recipe with millet and almond flour and enjoy guilt-free.
1 cup millet flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup oil Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Whisk millet flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir in oil and maple syrup until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Take small portions of the dough and line them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes till golden brown. Let them cool and serve millet cookies.
