38 gm Butter 25 gm Sugar 15 gm Fresh cream 10 gm Milk 11 drops Vanilla essence 32 gm Flour 25 gm Almond flour 25 gm cake crumbs 2 gm Cinnamon powder 1 gm Roasted cloves powder 1 gm Baking powder 25 gm jam
Cream the butter and sugar together until well combined and fluffy in texture.
Add the vanilla essence to the milk and fresh cream, and mix with the creamed butter and sugar.
Mix in almond flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, cake crumbs and cloves powder.
Pipe 3/4 of the mixture into a cake mould. Soften the jam and put it on top of the jam layer.
Pipe the remaining batter into a pastry bag and pipe the lattice design on the top of the filling.
Bake in a preheated oven until browned on top. Cool before serving.
