Kaju katli is a popular Indian sweet known for its royal touch and nutty flavour. Specially made for festivals like Diwali, you can now make it at home, and that too, in just five simple steps.
2 cups cashews 1/4 cup ghee 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1 tablespoon milk
Grind the cashews into a fine powder.
Heat some ghee and mix in cashew powder till golden brown.
Add in sugar, cardamom powder, and milk. Stir till you get the desired consistency.
Transfer the mixture to a tray and cut it into diamond-shaped kaju katli.
Garnish with silver foil and your homemade kaju katli is ready to be served.
