A paneer roll is a delicious wrap filled with spiced paneer, crunchy veggies, and flavorful chutneys, all rolled in a soft roti or paratha. Perfect as a snack or meal, it combines taste and convenience, making it a favorite for all ages.
200 gms paneer 2 onions 1 capsicum 1 tomato 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 4 whole wheat rotis/parathas 2 tbsp green chutney Chaat masala Salt
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté.
Add onions, capsicum, and tomatoes. Cook until softened.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Toss in paneer cubes and coat them in the masala. Add tomato ketchup for a tangy flavour.
Spread green chutney on a roti/paratha, add the paneer mixture, sprinkle chaat masala, and roll tightly.
Serve hot with extra chutney or ketchup.
