Make Crispy Corn Chilla For Breakfast In Minutes

If you are looking for a quick and healthy breakfast, this corn chilla is for you. It is loaded with flavour, is easy to make, and perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

1 cup besan (gram flour) ½ cup boiled sweet corn (slightly crushed) 1 onion (finely chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) Coriander leaves Salt, turmeric, red chilli powder Water to make batter

Step 1

In a bowl, mix besan, spices, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, and crushed corn. Add water gradually to make a smooth, pourable batter.

Step 2

Grease a non-stick pan lightly with oil. Heat it well so the chilla doesn’t stick.

Step 3

Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it gently on the pan. Cook on medium heat till the chilla is golden and crispy on both sides.

Step 4

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup. Pair the corn chilla with tea for a wholesome, protein-rich breakfast.
