Everybody loves chocolate chip cookies, and what is better than making them at home? If you are an amateur baker, this is a recipe that you can begin your journey with. It is easy, eggless, and will appeal to people of all age groups.
1 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp baking soda 2.25 cups maida ¼ cup milk ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup unsalted butter ½ cup brown sugar ½ cup white sugar
Mix maida with salt and baking soda. In another bowl, mix butter.
Beat butter with brown and white sugar until you have a smooth blend.
Add milk and vanilla. Gradually add flour and mix with a spatula.
Fold the chocolate chips and chill the blend in the refrigerator.
Line a tray with parchment paper and add scoops of dough.
Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 180°C or until they are brown and crispy.
