Make Cheese Kebabs To Munch This Monsoon Season

Crispy munchies are an essential part of every teatime session during the monsoon season. If you’re tired of the usual pakoras and bhajjis, you must try this easy recipe and make cheese kebabs.

Ingredients

2 potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup chopped veggies 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 tablespoon besan Salt to taste Oil for frying

Step 1

Combine mashed potatoes, chopped vegetables, grated cheese, and all the spices.

Step 2

Take small portions of the mixture and form patties.

Step 3

In a separate plate, mix breadcrumbs and besan. Coat each kebab patty with the mixture.

Step 4

Deep-fry, shallow fry or air fry the kebabs till crispy on all sides.

Step 5

Drain excess oil and serve with your favourite chutney.
