Make Besan Chilla For A Healthy Breakfast Or Snack

Chilla is a healthy and savoury snack made with besan and your favourite vegetables. If you’re looking for a quick snack or a healthy breakfast to eat without any guilt, chilla can be your go-to option.

Ingredients

1 cup besan 1 cup water 2 teaspoons oil ½ teaspoon ajwain ½ teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ⅓ cup chopped onions ⅓ cup chopped tomatoes 1 green chilli 1 teaspoon grated ginger ½ cup chopped coriander leaves Salt to taste

Step 1

Take a large bowl and mix besan, ajwain, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Step 2

Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, and water till consistent.

Step 3

Heat a pan, pour a spoonful of batter, and cook both sides.

Step 4

Repeat to make as many chillas as you want. Serve hot.
