Do you crave something sweet and healthy for breakfast and a snack? Banana dosa is the answer. Made with ripe bananas, jaggery, and ghee, this dish is a perfect breakfast and a quick snack to try.
2 ripe bananas 1 cup rice flour 2 tbsp jaggery (optional) ½ tsp cardamom powder Water as needed Ghee for cooking
Mash bananas in a bowl. Add rice flour, jaggery, and cardamom powder to it. Mix with enough water to form a pourable batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with ghee. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently over the pan. Cook on medium heat until the dosa turns golden on both sides.
Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or a dollop of ghee. This makes for a perfect dessert, breakfast tea-time snack.
Pro Tip If you do not wish to add jaggery, extra sugar, use over ripped bananas, and you will have natural sweeteners.
