Zucchini and cheese pie is baked and incredibly cheesy, making it a light dish perfect for a late dinner! The taste of the zucchini is not particularly unique. It adds moisture, juiciness, structure, and volume, making this pie an ideal substitute for light meals.
400g grated cheese 200g grated zucchini 50g melted butter 4 eggs 100g sour cream Salt and pepper to taste Basil leaves, for garnish
Crack open the eggs. Add the grated cheese and zucchini. Mix it.
In a mixing bowl, add melted butter. Whisk it.
Line the baking tray with oil. Add a baking sheet.
Spread the mixture layer by layer. Add sour cream in between.
Bake it at 200C °C for 40-45 minutes.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
