Chia pudding sets naturally through soaking, making it an easy make-ahead option. Once hydrated, the seeds create a thick texture that keeps you full for longer. It is usually eaten chilled and works well as breakfast or a light snack.
2 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup milk or plant-based milk 1 tsp honey or maple syrup ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Mix chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla well.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and add toppings if needed.
