Thalipeeth is a traditional Maharashtrian flatbread, made with a blend of different flours, vegetables, and spices. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast or healthy snack, follow these 5 steps.
1 cup thalipeeth bhajani flour 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 tablespoons fresh coriander 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup water 2 teaspoons oil
Mix bhajani flour, onion, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, and salt.
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into portions and flatten each portion into a thin round disc.
Heat a tawa and cook the thalipeeth on both sides till golden brown.
Serve hot with curd, white butter, pickle, or chutney.
