Magaj ladoo is a popular Gujarati sweet made with roasted gram flour, ghee, and sugar, flavoured with cardamom and garnished with nuts. It is rich, wholesome, and often prepared during festivals and special occasions.
2 cups gram flour (besan) 1 cup ghee 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp cardamom powder 2 tbsp almonds or cashews (chopped)
In a heavy-bottomed pan, roast gram flour in ghee on low heat until golden and aromatic.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Mix in powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
Shape into small ladoos and garnish with chopped nuts. Store in an airtight container.
