Oven-baked potato wedges turn crisp at the edges while staying soft and fluffy inside, all without heavy oil. A light coating of seasonings helps the wedges bake evenly and develop natural golden colour. They pair brilliantly with dips like garlic mayo, ketchup or sour cream.
3 large potatoes (cut into wedges) 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper
Toss the wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spread them on a baking tray in a single layer so they crisp evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven until the sides turn golden and edges crisp up.
Sprinkle extra seasoning if needed and serve warm with ketchup.
