Cucumbers have 95% water content, making them an impeccable summer ingredient. To beat the heat on a sunny day, replace the sugar-loaded drinks with cucumber juice. Make it in just 5 minutes.
1 cucumber ½ cup chilled water A squeeze of lemon juice Mint leaves for garnish Black salt to taste
Rinse the cucumber, peel it, and chop it into small pieces.
Blend the cucumber pieces with water and lemon juice till smooth.
Strain the mixture if you want no pulp in the juice.
Add black salt and mix. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy.
