Mango Falooda is a refreshing summer dessert drink that combines the tropical sweetness of mangoes with silky vermicelli, crunchy nuts, and creamy mango ice cream. It is a perfect summer treat that is visually stunning and delicious.
1 cup mango puree ½ cup mango cubes 2 cups chilled milk 2 tbsp soaked basil seeds ¼ cup vermicelli 2 scoops mango ice cream 2 tbsp sugar Chopped nuts for garnish
Soak basil seeds in water for 10 minutes, then drain the excess water.
Cook vermicelli and then leave it to cool.
Take a glass, layer soaked basil seeds, cooked vermicelli, and mango puree.
Pour some chilled milk over it, then add mango cubes.
Top it up with a scoop of mango ice cream and garnish with nuts.
