Ghee podi dosa is a perfect breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipe. It is crispy, fulfilling, and lightweight, making it an exceptional choice for summer. This 6-step guide will help you make this South Indian delight at home.
6 dry red chillies 2 tbsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp dry coconut 2 tbsp ghee 2 cups idli-dosa batter 1 tsp oil Tamarind pulp ¼ cup urad dal ¼ tsp turmeric Salt to taste 7-8 curry leaves A pinch of hing
Dry roast sesame seeds. Keep them aside.
Dry roast the lentils, red chillies, coconut, and curry leaves.
Add powdered spices to the mixture and convert everything into a coarse powder.
Store the podi masala in an airtight container.
Spread idli-dosa batter on a hot tawa, and wait for it to turn golden brown.
Sprinkle podi masala and a dollop of ghee. Serve the dosa hot.
