Making a healthy breakfast early in the morning can be quite a task. But with this chia smoothie bowl, you can prep your meal in under 15 minutes. Why don’t you try this easy and nutritious breakfast?
1/2 cup banana slices 1/2 cup mixed berries 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 cup yoghurt 1 teaspoon honey Fresh fruits for garnishing
Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for about ten minutes till they are jelly-like.
Take a blender and blend banana slices, berries, yoghurt, and soaked chia seeds.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add chopped fresh fruits like mangoes, cherries, bananas, etc., on top of the chia smoothie.
Drizzle some honey, and your healthy bowl will be ready.
