Isn’t enjoying a grilled or barbecued snack on a chilly winter evening just the perfect idea of ending your day? If you are looking to munch on something warm and healthy, try this paneer tikka recipe.

Ingredients

250 gms paneer, cut into cubes 1/2 cup dahi 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chaat masala 2 tbsp besan 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste

Step 1

Mix dahi ginger paste, garlic paste, all the spices, besan, mustard oil, and salt.

Step 2

Marinate the paneer cubes in the mixture and let them rest for at least an hour.

Step 3

Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers and grill, roast, or bake as per your preference.

Step 4

Once golden brown, transfer into a tray. Pair with your favourite chutney and enjoy.
