This easy veggie burger is packed with healthy vegetables, mashed potatoes, and aromatic spices, delivering both flavour and crunch. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, it’s a satisfying meatless treat loved by all ages.
1 cup boiled & mashed potatoes ½ cup grated carrot ½ cup boiled peas ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 tsp chilli flakes Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp oil Burger buns, lettuce, cheese & sauces
In a bowl, mix potatoes, peas, carrot, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
Shape into patties and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Shallow fry until golden on both sides.
Toast buns and layer with lettuce, patty, cheese, and sauces.
