A good tortilla wrap hits different when the filling is still warm, the veggies keep a slight bite, and the sauce ties everything together in one messy, flavour-packed roll.
2 tortilla wraps 1 cup mixed veggies (bell peppers, onion, corn) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sauce ½ cup cooked chicken or paneer (optional) Salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper
Heat oil and sauté veggies on high heat until lightly charred but still crisp.
Add chicken or paneer, season, and toss well.
Warm tortillas in a dry pan until soft and pliable.
Spread sauce, add filling across the centre.
Roll tightly, slice, and serve immediately.
