Crisp, golden-baked potato fries serve as the sturdy base for a generous layer of crumbled paneer tossed in roasted cumin and Kashmiri red chilli. Drizzled with cooling whisked yoghurt, tangy mint coriander chutney, and finely diced red onions, this loaded platter brings a perfect balance of heat, creaminess, and crunch. 400g frozen French fries 1 cup paneer, finely crumbled 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4 cup mint coriander chutney 1/4 cup thick plain yoghurt, whisked 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Bake or air fry the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until deep golden and extra crisp.
Toss the crumbled paneer with roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until evenly coated.
Spread the hot fries across a wide serving platter and scatter the seasoned paneer crumble evenly over the top.
Drizzle the whisked yoghurt and mint coriander chutney over the platter, finish with chopped red onions and fresh coriander, and serve immediately.
