Poached eggs are delicate but an ultimate cooking challenge to prepare. They are luscious and go well with your morning bowls and toasts. If you want to ace the recipe, here is your guide.
2 eggs 2 tbsp vinegar 4 cups of water A pinch of salt ¼ tsp pepper
In a large pot, bring water to a simmer. Don’t let it boil.
Break the eggs into two small bowls.
Add vinegar to the water and create a vortex for eggs.
Gradually drop eggs in the hot water and cover the pan with a lid.
After cooking eggs for 3 minutes, gently take them out.
Pat dry eggs, and serve them with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
