Paneer bhurji is a protein-rich dish that can be paired with parathas and enjoyed for lunch or dinner. What about days when you avoid consuming onions and garlic? This is the recipe you should follow.
200g paneer Salt to taste 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 1 chopped chilli 3-4 tbsp milk 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp garam masala 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp butter ½ tsp cumin seeds, turmeric
Sauté cumin seeds, chilli, turmeric powder, and ginger.
Add tomatoes and cook them with a sprinkle of salt.
Once tomatoes start softening, add powdered spices.
When the mixture releases oil, add crumbled paneer.
Pour the milk and cook until the blend thickens.
Adjust the salt and garnish with coriander leaves
