Do you like coffee? Do you crave cake? How about mixing them both into an irresistible dessert - coffee cake? This is already a popular sweet dish available in many bakeries. But following this recipe, you can bake it at home.
3 tbsp instant coffee powder 220g butter 2 tsp milk 200g maida 4 eggs ⅛ tsp salt 220g brown sugar 2.5 tsp baking powder
Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
Now, gradually mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
Once you have a smooth blend, pour it into a cake pan.
Bake the cake for 30-35 minutes at 150°C.
Take it out, cool off, and decorate it. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
