 After a long day of keeping fast during Ramadan, having heavy fried snacks can feel overwhelming. Instead, try these light iftar snacks that are not only easy to digest, but also filling and ideal for relaxing your body to enjoy the evening meal.

Fruit Chaat

Cut seasonal fresh fruits and add a pinch of rock salt and lemon juice on top. It is juicy, restorative, and helps maintain hydration after long fasts.

Stuffed Dates With Nuts

Fill the soft dates with chopped almonds or walnuts. They are sweet, full og energy, and perfectly satisfying without making you feel too full.
