Slow-simmered drumsticks release a delicate, slightly sweet flavour into this clear soup, making each spoonful feel light yet full of taste, perfect when you want something warm but not heavy.
2 drumsticks 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp chopped garlic 1 small chopped onion 3 cups water ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste
Heat butter and sauté garlic with onions until soft and aromatic.
Add drumsticks and cook briefly to release their flavour.
Pour water and simmer until the drumsticks turn tender.
Press slightly to extract more taste, then add salt and pepper.
Strain if needed or serve hot as a light, clear soup.
