Lehsun Chutney: Flavourful Companion For Snacks

Red garlic chutney is everyone’s favourite, but have you tried the green one? It is quite famous in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. A tip that you must note - try pairing fried momo with it, and you will never look back.

Ingredients

3-4 cloves of garlic 20g coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 2-3 green chillies 1 tsp pickle masala A pinch of hing

Step 1

Roughly chop chillies and coriander leaves and add them to the grinder.

Step 2

Peel the garlic cloves and drop them in the jar.

Step 3

Season the ingredients with salt, hing, and pickle masala.

Step 4

Drizzle lemon juice on the top before grinding.

Step 5

Keep the blend coarse and serve it with lehsun ki chutney ki snacks.
